We Break Boundaries To Craft Extraordinary Experiences.
The Creative Arts Lab is a dedicated space designed to inspire and nurture children’s creativity and artistic expression. Here’s a description of what will be found in our lab:
Art Stations: Areas within the space will have set various art supplies and materials, including paints, markers, crayons, colored pencils, clay, and collage materials. Children can freely explore different mediums and techniques to create their own artwork, fostering self-expression and experimentation.
Crafting Corner: This area provides opportunities for children to engage in hands-on crafting activities such as paper crafting, fabric arts, jewelry making, and other DIY projects. It encourages fine motor skills development, spatial reasoning, and creativity.
Dramatic Play Area: A designated space where children can dress up in costumes, use props, and engage in imaginative role-playing activities. This allows them to express themselves through storytelling, acting out scenes, and exploring different roles and scenarios.
Music and Movement Zone: Equipped with musical instruments, rhythm instruments, and props for creative movement activities such as dancing, singing, and playing music. The music and movement zone encourages children to explore rhythm, melody, and movement while fostering a love for music and performance.
Multimedia Exploration: Here, children have access to age-appropriate digital tools and resources for exploring digital art, animation, photography, and multimedia storytelling. This integrates technology into the creative process while providing new avenues for expression and experimentation.
Display and Exhibition Spaces: Walls, shelves, or bulletin boards where children’s artwork can be prominently displayed and celebrated. This fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment while promoting appreciation for each child’s unique creative voice.
Teacher Facilitation Area/Community Circle: A space for teachers to lead art demonstrations, provide guidance and support, and facilitate collaborative projects. It may also include reference materials, (lesson) plans, and examples of art techniques to inspire children’s creativity.
Creativity Is The Best Way Of Seeing Things
