We Break Boundaries To Craft Extraordinary Experiences.

In the Engineering lab, children are provided with opportunities to freely engage in activities that involve activities such as:

    1. Maker Space: Children will explore designing and creating prototypes of simple machines, vehicles, or structures using materials like cardboard, craft supplies, and recyclable materials. This encourages creativity, innovation, and the iterative design process.
    2. Problem-Solving Challenges: The lab feature stations with engineering-themed puzzles, challenges, or games that encourage children to think critically and apply engineering principles to solve problems. These challenges could involve designing bridges, creating simple circuits, or constructing towers that withstand specific forces.
    3. Exploration of Simple Machines: Children love to explore and the concepts of levers, pulleys, gears, and other simple machines through interactive exhibits or hands-on experiments definitely adds to the experience. This helps them understand how these mechanisms work and how they are and can be used in everyday life.
    4. Integration of Technology: Our kindergarten engineering lab incorporates age-appropriate technology such as robotics kits, coding games, or interactive simulations that introduce children to basic programming concepts and encourage computational thinking.
    5. Teacher Facilitation Area/Community Circle: In this warm space the teachers use resources which lead to discussions, the facilitating of group projects, and provision of guidance as children engage in engineering activities. It also includes reference materials and (lesson) plans or documentation aligned with curriculum standards.

Creativity is the best way of seeing things

Explore the wonders of innovation, the engineering lab is a fun, safe space that exposes children to hands-on activities. The engineering lab allows children to gain skills in problem–solving and fosters early studies in the understanding of building and construction, coding, and gamification, designing and creating prototypes using child friendly building materials.
