As dedicated professionals, we are committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment that cultivates each child's potential and curiosity. Together, we inspire young minds to explore, grow, and thrive.

Here’s a glimpse into what makes our team exceptional.

Our Team

Our core team of educators have over 30 years of direct and practical experience in early childhood education both in the local market and internationally. Drawing on this experience and global best practices, we have designed our workflows to ensure that we optimize our delivery and engagement.

How we are organized

We take a multi pronged approach to our curriculum delivery to ensure that each child is given the best opportunity to succeed, our practices include:
Continuous Learning for the academic team
The academic team is lead by a Learning and Development Coordinator who spearheads our development training which is mandatory for all of our educators.
This commitment to lifelong learning ensures that our educators stay current with the latest teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and best practices in Early Childhood Education.
Continuous Learning for the academic team We ensure that the individualism of every child is championed! Our class sizes are organized to ensure that child to educator ratios never exceed 10 to 1.
Each class is lead by an experienced early childhood educator who is supported by an assistant. Our low student -to- educator ratio provides an optimal learning environment that allows for individualized instruction and attention, ensuring that each child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Each child’s learning plans is customized utilizing the GOLD Assessment System. This system is an observation-based assessment system for children from birth through kindergarten. Assessment, evaluation and customization of training plans are iterative and responsive as each child progresses.
Partnering with families to support holistic learning

We believe that the participation of parents and caregivers are critical in the learning and development process for the child. To this end, parents have direct and ongoing access to engage with their’s childs educator via a number of formal and informal communication media; this includes our families app powered by teaching strategies.
We also provide families with tools, tips and strategies that they can apply in their engagement with their children to re-emphasise the training they receive at school.
